Community-Based Organization Development Center (CBODC) is a member-based organization representing 2711 households, 168 groups, and 5 CBOs which intends to see a 'self-dependent, justice, and equitable society. It aims to build a self-dependent, just, and equitable society by ensuring equal opportunities and greater participation of poor and oppressed communities in the right based development process.

CBODC is going to implement the Sustainable Livelihood Access for Vulnerable Community (SULAV II) Project in Mohanyal and Kailari Rural Municipality, Ghodaghodi Municipality, and Dhangadi Sub-Metoplotrain City of Kailali district in technical and financial support from the Development Fund Norway. The major aim of this project is to increase climate resilience and the well-being of rural communities from 2021 to 2025. CBODC invites applications for the following positions:

1. Position: Project Officer - 1

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachler degree from a recognized and reputed university
  • At least one years' experience in program implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing in an NGO.
  • Effective writing skills in English and Nepali language.
  • Verifiable and successful communication, networking, and liaison skills with a good track record.
  • Excellent skills in working with software, such as Database and operating systems, MS Office, and the internet.
  • Ability to work independently and meeting in deadlines.
  • Well organized, communicative, and excellent interpersonal working attitude.
  • Keen to take initiative and collaborate with a diverse team.


Remuneration and benefits: As per the rules and regulations of CBODC.
